  "text": "The Commission shall reimburse travel and, where appropriate, subsistence expenses for members, other experts and observers in connection with the group’s activities in accordance with the Commission’s internal rules on the compensation of external experts.\nThe members, or other experts and observers that might be invited from time to time, shall not be remunerated for their activities and duties.",
