  "text": "For the purposes of this Decision:\n‘participating Member State’ means a Member State that has adopted the euro,\n‘cash’ means the lawful currency of the United States (US dollar),\n‘gold’ means fine troy ounces of gold in the form of London Good Delivery bars, as specified by the London Bullion Market Association,\n‘foreign reserve assets’ means gold or cash.",
