  "text": "Council Decision\nof 25 April 2006\nappointing two Czech members and two Czech alternate members to the Committee of the Regions\n(2006/332/EC)\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community, and in particular Article 263 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the Czech Government,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 24 January 2006, the Council adopted Decision 2006/116/EC appointing the members and alternate members of the Committee of the Regions for the period from 26 January 2006 to 25 January 2010.\n(2)\nA seat as a member of the Committee of the Regions has become vacant following the expiry of the mandate of Mr František DOHNAL. A second member's seat has become vacant following the resignation of Mr Martin TESAŘÍK. An alternate member's seat will become vacant following the appointment as member of Mr Stanislav JURÁNEK, currently an alternate member. A second alternate member's seat will become vacant following the appointment as member of Mr Petr OSVALD, currently an alternate member,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
