  "text": "Member States shall ensure that:\n1.. vehicles which have been used for the transport of pigs in areas listed in Annex I(A) or have entered a holding where pigs are kept in areas listed in Annex I(A) are cleaned and disinfected twice after each operation;\n2.. the transporters furnish proof to the competent authority of such disinfection.",
