# Council Decision of 6 December 2005 on the conclusion of an Agreement on the participation of the Czech Republic, the Republic of Estonia, the Republic of Cyprus, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Hungary, the Republic of Malta, the Republic of Poland, the Republic of Slovenia and the Slovak Republic in the European Economic Area and four related agreements (2006/377/EC), Article 2

The President of the Council is hereby authorised to designate the person empowered to deposit on behalf of the European Community the act of approval provided for in each of the Agreements and Protocols, in order to express the consent of the Community to be bound.
