  "text": "The competent authority may consider that the presence of the AI virus may be excluded when an appropriate number of the sick or dead birds and tracheal/oro-pharyngeal or cloacal swabs have been submitted, in accordance with this Chapter, for the detection of that virus or its genome and have given negative results when tested using one of the specified virus detection methods referred to in Chapter V or VI or authorised by the competent authority in accordance with point 6(b) of Chapter I.",
