  "heading": "Denunciation",
  "text": "1. Any Party to this Convention may denounce this Convention.\n2. The denunciation shall be notified by an instrument in writing deposited with the Director-General of Unesco.\n3. The denunciation shall take effect 12 months after the receipt of the instrument of denunciation. It shall in no way affect the financial obligations of the Party denouncing the Convention until the date on which the withdrawal takes effect.",
