Article 1

Member States shall suspend imports, from that part of the territory of South Africa referred to in the Annex to this Decision, of:

1. (a)

   live ratites and hatching eggs of ratites;

2. (b)

   fresh meat of ratites;

3. (c)

   meat products and meat preparations consisting of or containing meat of ratites.
