Article 5

The Community grants financial contribution to Italy for the functions and duties provided for in Article 32 of Regulation (EC) No 882/2004, to be carried out by the Istituto Superiore di Sanità (ISS), Rome, Italy, in respect of analysis and testing of parasites (in particular Trichinella, Echinococcus and Anisakis).

For the period from 1 July 2006 to 31 December 2006, that financial contribution shall not exceed EUR 117 000.

In addition to the maximum amount provided for in paragraph 1, the Community grants financial contribution to Italy for the organisation of workshops by the laboratory referred to in paragraph 1. That contribution shall not exceed EUR 30 000.
