  "text": "Member States shall immediately inform the Commission if tests carried out pursuant to Article 2(2) reveal histamine levels exceeding the limits set by Regulation (EC) No 2073/2005 for fishery products.\nMember States shall submit to the Commission a report on all tests carried out pursuant to Article 2(2).\nMember States shall use the rapid alert system for food and feed set up by Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 for the submission of that information and those reports.",
