Article 6

With a view to facilitating communication between the Members of the Conference and the Permanent Bureau, the Government of each of the Member States shall designate a national organ and each Member Organisation a contact organ.

The Permanent Bureau may correspond with all the organs so designated and with the competent international organisations.
