  "text": "Paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 106 provide for legal or factual errors to be rectified.\nIf data is found to be legally or factually incorrect or inadmissible, then the exchange of information will take place according to the following rule:\nThe Member State which establishes that data contains an error shall advise the issuing Member State via its Sirene bureau by using the J form.",
