  "text": "1. For the purposes of matters falling within the scope of the EU Treaty, the Sirene Manual is replaced by the version in Annex 1 to this Decision.\n2. References to the replaced Sirene Manual shall be construed as references to the version of the Sirene Manual in Annex 1 to this Decision and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table in Annex 2 to this Decision.",
