  "text": "Coordination shall also include the exchange of information between TSOs. The nature, time and frequency of information exchange shall be compatible with the activities in 3.5 and the functioning of the electricity markets. This information exchange shall in particular enable the TSOs to make the best possible forecast of the global grid situation in order to assess the flows in their network and the available interconnection capacities. Any TSO collecting information on behalf of other TSOs shall give back to the participating TSO the results of the collection of data.",
