  "text": "For the purpose of Articles 2(2) and 6(3)(a) of Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1150/2000, the date of establishment of the Community's entitlement shall be:\n(a) with regard to the amount to be assigned to the Community budget by 31 December 2006, the date on which the present Decision is notified to the Member States concerned;\n(b) with regard to the amounts to be assigned to the Community budget by 31 December of the years 2007, 2008 and 2009, 15 October in the relevant year.",
