  "text": "Romania shall ensure that fresh meat of pigs, and meat preparations and meat products consisting of, or containing meat of pigs are marked with a special health mark that cannot be oval and be confused with:\n(a) the identification mark for meat preparations and meat products consisting of, or containing meat of pigs, provided for in Annex II, Section I to Regulation (EC) No 853/2004; and\n(b) the health mark for fresh pigmeat provided for in Annex I, Section I, Chapter III to Regulation (EC) No 854/2004.",
