# Council Decision of 4 December 2006 on the first instalment of the third Community contribution to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for the Chernobyl Shelter Fund (2006/908/EC, Euratom), Article 3

In accordance with Section 2.02 of Article II of the Rules of the Chernobyl Shelter Fund, the Community contribution shall be the subject of a formal Contribution Agreement between the Commission and the EBRD.
