  "text": "The President of the Council, when depositing this instrument of accession with the Director-General of WIPO, shall attach the following declaration to the instrument of accession:\n‘The European Community declares that, in connection with each international application registration in which it is designed, and in connection with the renewal of any international registration resulting from such an international application, the prescribed designation fee referred to in Article 7(1) of the Geneva Act shall be replaced by an individual designation fee, whose amount shall be:\nEUR 62 per design at the international application stage;\nEUR 31 per design at the renewal stage.’",
