  "text": "The Geneva Act of the Hague Agreement concerning the international registration of industrial designs, adopted in Geneva on 2 July 1999 (hereinafter referred to as the Geneva Act), is hereby approved on behalf of the Community with regard to the matters within its competence.\nThe text of the Geneva Act is attached to this Decision.",
