  "text": "Council Decision\nof 18 December 2006\namending the Rules of Procedure of the Court of First Instance of the European Communities with regard to languages\n(2006/956/EC, Euratom)\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to Article 64 of the Protocol on the Statute of the Court of Justice,\nIn accordance with the procedure referred to in the second paragraph of Article 245 of the Treaty establishing the European Community and the second paragraph of Article 160 of the Treaty establishing the European Atomic Energy Community,\nHaving regard to the request of the Court of Justice,\nHaving regard to the Opinion of the European Parliament of 13 December 2006,\nHaving regard to the opinion of the Commission of 12 December 2006,\nWhereas on the accession of the Republic of Bulgaria and of Romania, Bulgarian and Romanian become official languages of the European Union and whereas those languages should be added to the list of languages of the case set out in the Rules of Procedure,\nHAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:",
