# Council Decision of 18 December 2006 on the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Community and the Government of Canada establishing a framework for cooperation in higher education, training and youth (2006/964/EC), Division 1.3


Joint consortia activities should normally involve transatlantic mobility of students in the framework of joint study programmes, mutual credit recognition, language and cultural preparation, with a goal of parity in the flows in each direction.
