# Council Decision of 18 December 2006 on the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Community and the Government of Canada establishing a framework for cooperation in higher education, training and youth (2006/964/EC), Division 3.2


The Parties may provide financial support to policy-oriented measures involving organisations active in higher education, training and youth; these measures may include studies, conferences, seminars, working groups, professional development workshops, benchmarking exercises and address horizontal higher education and vocational training issues, including recognition of qualifications and the transfer of credits under the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS).
