# Council Decision of 18 December 2006 on the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Community and the Government of Canada establishing a framework for cooperation in higher education, training and youth (2006/964/EC), Division 3.3


The Parties may provide financial support for the mobility of professionals (including new graduates and professionals-in-training) who want to undertake short duration studies, or training programmes to develop their expertise, in areas of specific relevance to the EC/Canada relationship, which would be identified by the Parties.
