  "text": "This document replaces in all its effects the previous document ‘General principles and criteria for the selection and funding of actions under the Public Health Programme’, appended to Decision C(2005) 29. It applies only to co-funding of individual actions under the Public Health Programme through grants after calls for proposals. It can under no circumstances be understood as replacing the applicable legal rules.",
