Decision 2005/393/EC is amended as follows:

    In Article 5(1), point (b) is replaced by the following:

    1. (b)

      ‘except in the case of frozen semen and of ova and embryos, the Member State of destination gives its approval prior to the movement.’

    Annex I is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Decision.
