  "text": "Samples shall be sent within 36 hours by express mail or courier and shall reach the laboratory no later than 72 hours following sampling. Samples arriving more than 72 hours following sampling shall be discarded unless the analysis is initiated within 96 hours following sampling and the cold chain has not been interrupted.",
