  "text": "Decision 2006/502/EC is amended as follows:\n1.. In Article 2 the following paragraphs 3 and 4 are added:\n‘3. Member States shall ensure that only lighters which are child-resistant are supplied to consumers as of 11 March 2008.\n4. Member States shall prohibit the supply of novelty lighters to consumers as of 11 March 2008.’\n2.. In Article 6, paragraph 2 is replaced by the following:\n‘2. This Decision shall apply until 11 May 2008.’",
