  "text": "(1) Amount of the advantage such as it results from the ministerial instruction\n(2) Amount of the advantage enjoyed by the company under Article 39 CA\n(2) = (1) x share of the advantage passed on by the EIG to the company in accordance with the approval\n(3) Amount of any other regional aid obtained for the same investment\n(4) Maximum amount of regional aid allowable under ceiling B\n(5) = (2) + (3) — (4) is the amount of any incompatible aid to be reimbursed\nIf (5) is a positive figure, the EIG concerned must reimburse: [(1) — (2)] x (5)/(1).\nand the company must reimburse: (5) * (2)/(1)",
