  "text": "Article 42(2) of Regulation (EC) No 882/2004 provides:\n‘Each multi-annual national control plan shall contain general information on the structure and organisation of the systems of feed and food control, and of animal health and animal welfare control in the Member State concerned, in particular on: (…).’\nArticle 27a of Directive 2000/29/EC provides that that provision of Regulation (EC) No 882/2004 also applies to plant health.",
