Article 1

The following are hereby appointed to the Committee of the Regions for the remainder of the current term of office, which runs until 25 January 2010:

   as members:

   • Mr Henrik RINGBÆK MADSEN, Regionsrådsmedlem, in place of Ms Vibeke STORM RASMUSSEN,

   • Mr Karsten UNO PETERSEN, Regionsrådsmedlem, in place of Mr Johannes FLENSTED-JENSEN,

   • Ms Mona HEIBERG, Borgerrepræsentant, Københavns Kommune, in place of Mr Lars ABEL;
