  "text": "Council Decision\nof 10 July 2007\nappointing members of the Advisory Committee of the Euratom Supply Agency\n(2007/514/Euratom)\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Atomic Energy Community, and in particular the second and third subparagraphs of Article 54 thereof,\nHaving regard to Article X of the Statutes of the Euratom Supply Agency as last amended by Decision 95/1/EC, Euratom, ECSC of 1 January 1995,\nHaving regard to the Council Decision of 12 July 2005 appointing the members of the Advisory Committee of the Euratom Supply Agency,\nHaving regard to the opinion of the Commission,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nThe term of office of the members of the Advisory Committee of the Euratom Supply Agency expired on 28 March 2007.\n(2)\nThe members of the Committee for the period from 29 March 2007 to 28 March 2009 should be appointed, having regard to the nominations submitted by the Governments of the Member States,\nHAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:",
