  "text": "Italy shall submit to the Commission a preliminary report on the implementation of the emergency vaccination plan by 1 November 2007 at the latest, and thereafter submit quarterly reports within one month of the end of each quarter.\nThe Commission shall ensure that the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health is informed of those reports.",
