IMI plc jointly and severally with IMI Kynoch Ltd:\nof which jointly and severally with:\n(i) Yorkshire Fittings Limited: EUR 9,64 million; and\n(ii) VSH Italia Srl: EUR 0,42 million; and\n(iii) Aquatis France SAS: EUR 48,30 million; and\n(iv) Simplex Armaturen + Fittings GmbH & Co. KG: EUR 48,30 million\nEUR 48,30 million\n2.\nAquatis France SAS and Simplex Armaturen + Fittings GmbH & Co. KG are jointly and severally liable for the additional amount of:\nEUR 2,04 million\n(c)\nAdvanced Fluid Connections plc:\nof which jointly and severally with:\n(i) IBP Limited: EUR 11,26 million; and\n(ii) International Building Products\nFrance SA: EUR 5,63 million\nEUR 18,08 million\n(d)\nDelta plc jointly and severally with Delta Engineering Holdings Limited:\nof which jointly and severally with:\n(i) Druryway Samba Limited: EUR 28.31 million; and\n(ii) International Building Products GmbH: EUR 2,81 million; and\n(iii) International Building Products France SA: EUR 5,63 million; and\n(iv) Aldway Nine Limited: EUR 28,31 million; and\n(v) Supergrif SL: EUR 0,59 million\nEUR 28,31 million\n(e)\nFlowflex Holdings Ltd\njointly and severally with Flowflex Components Ltd:\nEUR 1,34 million\n(f)\nFRA.BO SpA:\nEUR 1,58 million\n(g)\nLegris Industries SA:\nof which jointly and severally\nwith Comap SA: EUR 18,56 million\nEUR 46,80 million\n(h)\nTomkins plc\njointly and severally with Pegler Ltd:\nEUR 5,25 million\n(i)\nKaimer GmbH & Co.
