  "text": "1. The T2S DCA holder , or the Main PM account holder acting on its behalf, shall use either one or both of the following means to access that T2S DCA :\n(a) direct connection to the T2S Platform in either U2A or A2A modes; or\n(b) the ICM in combination with TARGET2 value-added services for T2S.\n2. A direct connection to the T2S Platform allows T2S DCA holders :\n(a) to access and, when applicable, amend information relating to their accounts;\n(b) to manage liquidity and to initiate liquidity transfer orders from the T2S DCAs .\n3. The ICM in combination with TARGET2 value-added services for T2S allows the holder of the Main PM account:\n(a) to access information relating to their accounts;\n(b) to manage liquidity and to initiate liquidity transfer orders to and from the T2S DCAs .\nFurther technical details relating to the ICM are contained in Appendix I to Annex II to Decision ECB/2007/7.",
