# Decision of the European Central Bank of 24 July 2007 concerning the terms and conditions of TARGET2-ECB (ECB/2007/7) (2007/601/EC), Article 19: Recall request

1. A TIPS DCA holder may enter a recall request.
2. The recall request shall be forwarded to the payee of the settled instant payment order which may answer positively with a positive recall answer, or negatively with a negative recall answer.
