# Commission Decision of 9 November 2007 adopting a common specification of the national vehicle register provided for under Articles 14(4) and (5) of Directives 96/48/EC and 2001/16/EC (notified under document number C(2007) 5357) (2007/756/EC), Article 1A


(1) In this Decision—
“entity in charge of maintenance” and “keeper” have the meanings set out in regulation 2(1) of the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006;
“the 2011 Regulations” means the Railways (Interoperability) Regulations 2011.
(2) Unless the context otherwise requires, terms used in this Decision have the meaning set out in the 2011 Regulations.
