  5. 1.3.5When an enforcement measure is taken, the requested authority shall notify, pursuant to Article 8(6) of Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004, the measures taken, and the effect thereof on the intra-Community infringement to the Commission and to all the other competent authorities designated by Member States as being the authorities responsible for the enforcement of the legislation that is subject to the infringement.
