  "text": "1. The programmes for the eradication of Aujeszky’s disease submitted by Spain, Hungary and Poland is hereby approved for the period from 1 January 2008 to 31 December 2008.\n2. The financial contribution by the Community of the programmes referred to in paragraph 1 shall be at the rate of 50 % of the costs to be incurred by the concerned Member State for the cost of laboratory tests, and shall not exceed:\n(a) EUR 450 000 for Spain;\n(b) EUR 60 000 for Hungary;\n(c) EUR 4 650 000 for Poland.\n3. The maximum amount of the costs to be reimbursed to the Member States for the programmes referred to in paragraph 1 shall not exceed for an ELISA test EUR 1 per test.",
