  "heading": "Non-affection clause",
  "text": "1. This Agreement shall be without prejudice to the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Community, the Member States and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia arising from International Law and, in particular, from:\nthe Convention of 28 July 1951 on the Status of Refugees as amended by the Protocol of 31 January 1967 on the Status of Refugees,\nthe international conventions determining the State responsible for examining applications for asylum lodged,\nthe European Convention of 4 November 1950 for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms,\nthe Convention of 10 December 1984 against Torture and other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment,\ninternational conventions on extradition and transit,\nmultilateral international conventions and agreements on the readmission of foreign nationals.\n2. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the return of a person under other formal or informal arrangements.",
