  "text": "This arbitration will be governed by the respective national rules of arbitration, and the arbitral tribunal will consist of three arbitrators appointed in accordance with these rules. The place of arbitration will be in the Member State where the complainant’s registered seat is located. The language of the arbitral proceedings shall be the official language at the place of arbitration. Arbitration will not prejudice any right to file an application with the competent national court.",
