If an independent repairer or association of such repairers so requests, Fiat has committed itself to accept a mediation mechanism for settling disputes relating to the provision of technical information. The mediation will take place in the Member State where the requesting party’s registered seat is located under the rules of a recognised local mediation centre. Mediation will not prejudice any right to file an application with the competent national court.
