  "text": "Article 2(a) of the First Protocol of 1988 on the interpretation by the Court of Justice of the European Communities of the Convention of 1980 is hereby amended as follows:\n(a) between the second and third indents, the following indent shall be inserted:\n‘in Bulgaria:\nВърховен касационен съд et Върховен административен съд, ’;\n(b) between the 20th and 21st indents, the following indent shall be inserted:\n‘in Romania:\nÎnalta Curte de Casație și Justiție, ’.",
