Article 7 Other measures

This derogation shall be applied without prejudice to the measures needed to comply with other Community environmental legislation.

The competent authorities shall establish and submit to the Commission the detailed procedure for the calculation of the phosphorus balance in derogation farms taking into account the input of phosphate with concentrate, forage and fertilisers and the output into products (live animal, meat and other animal products), forage and crops.
