# Decision No 1098/2008/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 October 2008 on the European Year for Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion (2010) (Text with EEA relevance), Article 12: Budget

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. The financial envelope for the implementation of the actions referred to in this Decision for the period 1 January 2009 to 31 December 2010 shall be EUR 17 000 000, of which EUR 6 500 000 shall be for the period until 31 December 2009.
2. Annual appropriations shall be authorised by the budgetary authority within the limits of the Financial Framework 2007-13.
