  "text": "Ensure access to justice and legal aid and make available the corresponding budgetary resources,\npromote respect for and protection of minorities in accordance with international law and best practice in EU Member States,\nencourage a spirit of tolerance vis-à-vis the Serb and Roma minorities and take measures to protect persons belonging to minorities who may be subject to threats or acts of discrimination, hostility or violence,\ncontinue to implement the strategy and action plan for the protection and integration of Roma and ensure availability of the necessary means, especially as regards employment, education and housing,\nadopt and implement a comprehensive anti-discrimination strategy.",
