# Council Decision of 12 February 2008 on the principles, priorities and conditions contained in the Accession Partnership with Croatia and repealing Decision 2006/145/EC (2008/119/EC), Division 4: PROGRAMMING

Community assistance will be provided through the instrument for pre-accession (IPA) and, for programmes adopted before 2007, Council Regulation (EC) No 2666/2000 of 5 December 2000 on assistance for Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (CARDS regulation). Accordingly, this Decision will have no financial implications. The financing agreements serve as legal basis for the implementation of the concrete programmes.
Croatia can also have access to funding from multi-country and horizontal programmes.
