  "text": "The cap imposed in 1998 on the repayment by La Poste of retirement pensions paid by the State to civil servants working for La Poste and the notified reform of the pension arrangements for the said civil servants under Article 150 of the Amending Finance Law 2006 constitute State aid that is compatible with the common market provided that the conditions set out in Article 2 are met.",
