  "text": "The European Development Fund Committee (the Committee) shall comprise the delegations of the Member States (the delegations) and shall be chaired by a representative of the Commission.\nA representative of the European Investment Bank shall take part in the Committee's proceedings.\nA representative of the General Secretariat of the Council shall attend the meetings as an observer.",
