# Council Decision of 18 February 2008 adopting the rules of procedure of the European Development Fund Committee (2008/215/EC), Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Until the entry into force of the Internal Agreement the rules of procedure of the European Development Fund Committee shall apply only to the programming needs and related decision-making procedures referred to in titles II and III of the 10th EDF Implementing Regulation, and, in respect of the OCTs, in Articles 20 and 24 of the Overseas Association Decision.
