Article 22 Programming documents

Member States shall submit to the Commission a multiannual programme, as referred to in Article 18 of the basic act, in accordance with the model in Annex 2.

Member States shall submit to the Commission the annual programmes, as referred to in Article 20 of the basic act, in accordance with the model in Annex 3.
3.
The financial plans linked to the multiannual programme shall present a breakdown of the budgeted amounts by priority, as defined in the strategic guidelines.
The financial plans linked to the annual programmes shall present a breakdown of the budgeted amounts by category of action, as defined in Article 3(1) of the basic act, with a reference to the priorities.
